To introduce Samsung’s SmartThings app and drive downloads, we faced a simple challenge: smart ecosystems are hard to imagine until you live inside one.
So we turned Samsung’s official store on Mercado Libre (the region’s biggest e-commerce platform) into a fully connected smart house controlled entirely through the app, where influencers and guests could lose and track devices, activate products, and experience the ecosystem in real time.
